A south-facing living-dining room with a lot of light, as well as a bathroom for everyday use.
Going up the stairs, the bedroom area is distributed on a single floor, with its master bedroom en suite with its own bathroom and a good built-in wardrobe, as well as access to the glazed terrace. Another two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower complete the first floor.
You will be surprised at the good state of conservation of the house, it is ideal to take your things and live.
And as for the environment, the back of the house borders a garden area and, crossing the road, you find the natural space of the Sierra de Santa Pola to walk with your dog or hiking.
Less than five minutes away on foot you will find all the services you need: supermarkets such as Carrefour, Aldi or Hiperber, the bus station, playgrounds, schools...
